Before Your Journey
Prepare for your best experience
A little preparation will ensure you have a great time at 432 Social Wellbeing—follow these simple steps for a smooth and effective session.
What to Bring
Wear swimwear and flip-flops, bring at least one towel, and stay hydrated before and during your session. Towels are required at all times in the sauna. Water is available on-site. Towels, flip flops and sauna hats are available for purchase at the reception area.
Arrival & Check-In
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in, shower, and prepare for your session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Listen to Your Body
Sauna, cold plunges, and breathwork are powerful tools. Take it at your own pace, breathe through discomfort, and exit if you feel unwell.
Locker Policy
Lockers are available for your use during your session. No items can be stored overnight.
Wet Bags
Have a wet towel and swimsuit? Make sure to pack a spare dry bag. We do not offer disposable plastic bags. We do however offer wet bags for purchase at reception.
