How to Get the Most Out of Your First Visit 

To help you get the most from your first experience, we recommend following a few simple steps. Pre-booking is required, so once that’s done, here are a few tips to help you prepare: 

  1. Arrive early We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your session starts. This gives you time to check in, shower, and ease into the space, setting a peaceful tone for your experience. 
  2. Start with heat Let the sauna be your starting point. The heat will open your body and calm your mind, setting the foundation for the journey ahead. 
  3. Brave the cold Step into the cold plunge to shift your state. It’s a moment of clarity and courage that brings both physical and mental awakening. 
  4. Breathe and focus Your breath is your anchor throughout the process. Inhale deeply, exhale fully, and stay present as you reconnect with yourself.
